The two properties will be located in the Thamel and Lazimpat areas, two of the city’s best-known hospitality and commercial districts. Together, the hotels are expected to add about 300 rooms to Marriott’s Nepal portfolio, marking one of the most significant luxury hotel developments in the country in recent years.

The agreement is designed to strengthen Nepal’s appeal to affluent international visitors, especially travelers looking for premium accommodations in a city that already serves as a gateway to the Himalayas.
