Speaking at an event in Dhangadhi titled “Local Government-Experience and Achievements”, Miya stressed that the province has major untapped strengths in water resources and forestry. He argued that these assets could become engines of prosperity if stakeholders align their priorities and work in step.
The message was clear: Sudurpashchim's future will not be shaped by resources alone, but by how effectively institutions cooperate to use them. Miya's remarks framed collaboration as the missing link between natural potential and real economic progress.
